The starting salary for this role is £25,700 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Short Breaks Team at Surrey Choices, to be based in a new, purpose-built site in Banstead.

You will provide hands-on support and work with people who have a diverse range of needs using a person-centred approach to ensure you work towards clear personal outcomes and goals.

You will deliver care and support in accordance with the customers' expressed wants and wishes and contribute to regularly reviewing customer support plans and risk assessments. You will ensure you are compliant with current legislation, policies, procedures, and CQC fundamental standards.

You will also manage medication safely and appropriately and ensure the safe handling, dispensing, administration, and recording of medication.
