Overview

At PepsiCo UK, we’re proud to make some of the nation’s favourite snacks and drinks—like Walkers, Quaker, Doritos, Pipers, and Monster Munch. With sites across the UK, including our Quaker mill in Cupar and Doritos factory in Coventry, we’re also home to one of the world’s largest crisp factories in Leicester.

Join us to work on Britain’s most loved crisp brand and create millions of smiles for everyone! Every time someone opens a bag of Walkers, they’re opening a bag of brilliant British culture. You see, since 1948 we’ve been transforming humble potatoes into the most delicious crisps – and a national icon. The crunch, the flavour, the shape, the sound, the mmmmm…and the much-talked about adverts make Walkers the nation’s favourite and most irresistible crisps brand.

This Walkers Brand Manager role is as much about creativity as it is about sharp commercial thinking, with a blend of communications development, product innovation and commercial ownership. This is a hugely exciting moment to land the strategies and major ‘do-differents’ in 2026 for the Core Walkers brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
