What are the rooftop wellness hours?
Our rooftop wellness area is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and includes access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and cold plunge. We also have a rooftop bar open from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day except Tuesdays.
Can I access the rooftop wellness area without being a hotel guest?
Yes. We offer a day pass for COP 150,000 per person, which includes access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and cold plunge, as well as towels, water, and self-service coffee.
What is included with my reservation?
All reservations include accommodation, access to the hotel's common areas, and Wi-Fi. Some rates include breakfast. If yours does not, you may add it during your stay for an additional COP 57,000 per person.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Is the water safe to drink?
Yes. We have potable water throughout the hotel. Additionally, filtered drinking water is available at the reception area for our guests.
Do you offer complimentary beverages?
Yes. At reception, we offer complimentary coffee, tea, filtered water, and sparkling water for our guests. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with a coffee machine.
How large are the rooms?
Most of our rooms are approximately 25 square meters (269 sq ft).
Our Suite offers a more spacious layout with 49 square meters (527 sq ft).
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes. All of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.
Are the rooms noisy?
Our hotel is located in Provenza, one of Medellín's most vibrant and lively neighborhoods, so some noise from the area's nightlife and activity may be noticeable. Certain rooms may experience more exterior noise than others depending on their location within the property.
To help our guests rest comfortably, we offer complimentary earplugs and white noise machines upon request. Additionally, if you are concerned about noise levels, we offer the option of booking only your first night initially, allowing you to decide whether the hotel meets your expectations before extending your stay.
