An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Ward Administrator to join Greenvale Specialist Care Unit.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience and knowledge of working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the ward team, ensuring smooth administrative operations and excellent service delivery.
The postholder will provide a proactive and comprehensive administrative service to a multi-disciplinary team within the ward. They will oversee and maintain systems that support the ward’s daily operations, ensuring facilities are managed efficiently.

Working collaboratively with the Ward Manager, other managers, and clinical staff, the postholder will help ensure the service runs smoothly, meets data quality and clinical activity targets, and complies with all relevant Trust policies and initiatives.
The role requires careful handling of sensitive information, with strict adherence to confidentiality at all times. The postholder will act as the first point of contact for patients, families, carers, and visitors to the ward, promoting a positive patient experience and professional image of the service.
