About the Role
An exciting opportunity for the post of Ward Assistant has arisen for an individual who is keen to develop their skills and join Trauma & Orthopaedics Ward 18.
Responsibilities
You will work as part of the team carrying out general, clerical, administrative and housekeeping/infection control duties. You must be able to work independently, prioritising workload in an environment that is constantly changing.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Essential keyboard skills
- Beneficial: Knowledge of the working practices of hospital processes within a Medical Records or a clinical area (training will be given)
