Administrative Support Assistant - Early Pregnancy and Women's Choices Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Administrative Support Assistant to join the Early Pregnancy and Women's Choices Service within NHS Fife. This is a varied and rewarding role providing essential clerical and administrative support to a busy clinical team, helping to ensure patients receive a high-quality, efficient, and person-centred service.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with nursing team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing appointments
- Preparing correspondence
- Maintaining patient records
- Coordinating interpreter services
- Responding to telephone calls
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the department
Requirements
- The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many patients and professionals and will therefore possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- A friendly and professional manner
- The ability to deal sensitively with individuals who may be experiencing challenging or emotional circumstances

Additional Information
- Salary is pro rata for part-time hours if applicable
- A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment
- This job role does not qualify for a skilled worker visa/ sponsorship
