Job Description
Experience Required
We are looking for someone ideally with experience of:
- The delivery of a professional patient-focused meal service ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are always maintained.
Shifts
Candidate will be expected to work a range of shifts on a 3-week rota working two weekends out of three.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a professional customer-focused service
- Comply with Hazard analysis critical control points (HACCP).
- Comply with all Trust policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Working in a hot environment, or in a continuous chilled environment
- Accurate collation and service of patient meals
- Accurate completion of documentation.
- Long periods of time spent on feet

About the Organisation
The successful candidate will be joining our organisation at an exciting time. CHS is an exceptional place to work with many amazing teams of hard-working and dedicated staff, delivering high standards of estates, facilities, and procurement services to Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust and other customers. We have made significant changes in the way we work to meet the challenges of the changing NHS. This is a new organisation, wholly owned by the Foundation Trust, and the Board has full accountability for the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services. The Trust itself has plans for a significant reconfiguration of its services, supported by a recent announcement of £196m of capital funding.
