Role Overview
As a Ward Receptionist within our Children's Unit, you will be the welcoming face of the service and often the first person patients, parents, and visitors meet when they arrive. Your friendly approach, professionalism, and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for children, young people, and their families at what can sometimes be an anxious time.

Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the unit.
- Helping to coordinate patient admissions and discharges.
- Managing appointments.
- Responding to enquiries.
- Ensuring essential administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Flexible Working
We are committed to supporting flexible working wherever possible; however, this role is based on 12-hour shifts, including weekends, to provide consistent cover across the Children's Unit.
Available Positions

- 24 hours per week
- 34.5 hours per week
