Opportunity to Join Our Progressive Discharge Lounge

The Patient Flow/Discharge Team are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our progressive Discharge Lounge as a Ward/Department Sister / Charge Nurse.

About the Role

As a team we are committed to providing high quality care to our patients. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our compassionate and driven team. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about patient flow nursing showing commitment towards service improvement. You will work alongside the senior site team and Matron to provide strong clinical leadership to the ward facilitating the delivery of high quality, patient centred care.

Our successful Sister/ Charge Nurse will be able to work alongside the existing team in a leadership role to assist in the enhancement and development of the Discharge Lounge, with a particular focus on the delivery of high-quality care within a busy environment. You will be in charge of the clinical shift and dedicated to ensuring the planning, implementation and evaluation of high standards of care embedding the Trust's behaviours and values.
