Position
Our Warden Operations team are the central department that manages the Warden activity for our car park management service. It is a busy department that offers different duties and challenges daily. You will be coached by leaders of the department who will challenge and mentor you to develop your administration, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Overall, our mission is to improve our client's business performance, create sustainable solutions, whilst optimising driver experience and support mobility transformation in our chosen markets.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To provide effective support to the Warden Team
- To accurately review working hours and mileage claims
- To review and action incoming requests for new/increased patrols
- To provide accurate and professional responses to requests for information
- To support the Warden management team in dealing with complaints
- To maintain open communications with the Warden team and provide support where required
This is not an exhaustive list and you may be required to perform additional duties in line with the requirements of the business.

Other Information About The Role
- Salary: £26,436.80 per annum
- Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- Location: Lancing, with hybrid flexibilities after probation period.
There is free onsite parking. The office dress code is smart casual.

The postholder may be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by the most effective means available
