Wardrobe Assistant
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, working 5 out of 7 days including weekends with rotational shifts of 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm
Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2026
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic Wardrobe Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for our brand, take pride in delivering excellent service, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a varied and hands-on role that requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards at all times. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
As a Wardrobe Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining our uniform standards and supporting colleagues across the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Laundering and preparing returned uniforms to ensure the highest levels of hygiene and presentation
- Assisting colleagues with uniform and ID-related queries at the wardrobe counter
- Issuing uniforms to new starters
- Processing uniform returns for departing team members
You will also support our Entertainment partner, RWS, by assisting with the laundering, maintenance, and basic repair of costumes used during shows and special events, helping to ensure performers are always presentation-ready.

In addition, you will assist with the cleaning, care, and ongoing maintenance of our Costume Character outfits, ensuring they remain in excellent condition and are available for operational use.

Qualifications & Experience
- Strong computer literacy, especially with Excel and Word.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable using washing machines and tumble driers in a fast-paced environment, as well as having knowledge of laundry labels and washing requirements.
- Experience working in a customer service (desired).
- Basic sewing skills – opportunity to develop within the role (desired).

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Wardrobe Assistant to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
