Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, KT9 2NE

Hours: Full-time, fully flexible, working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. This role operates on a rotational shift pattern, with shift times varying to meet the needs of the resort, particularly during peak operating periods. Early shifts typically start from 7:00am, while late shifts can finish as late as 11:00pm. Full details will be discussed at interview.

Here at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, we're looking for a Wardrobe Lead to join our fantastic Wardrobe Team!

As the Wardrobe Lead, you will be at the heart of what keeps our resort looking professional, well-presented and on brand. You will take ownership of delivering high-quality uniforms to team members across the entire resort, including our onsite partners.

Working closely with the Wardrobe Manager, you will help set the standard. From organising regular uniform checks and audits to supporting stock control and supplier relationships, you will play a key role in maintaining consistency, presentation and compliance across the resort.

You will also be instrumental in developing our people. Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a wardrobe, uniform, warehouse or stock-focused environment is essential
  • Strong understanding of stock management and working within budget constraints
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and give constructive feedback to a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Organised, flexible and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
  • Proactive mindset, using initiative to solve problems and respond to changing demands
  • A genuine passion for the brand and pride in maintaining high presentation standards
