Warehouse Admin Team Leader
What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Admin Team Leader, you will lead and support the warehouse administration team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and delivering high standards of service across the business. This role has been created as part of an internal restructure and will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting operational processes, and driving continuous improvement within the warehouse function. You will work closely with warehouse operations, logistics, and wider business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and effective team performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting service delivery, and fostering a positive team environment.

How You Will Do It
- Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse administration team to achieve operational objectives.
- Manage daily administrative activities to support warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to meet business priorities and deadlines.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.
- Support inventory management processes through accurate data entry and reporting.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve administrative issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Produce and analyse operational reports to support decision-making.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Previous experience leading or supervising an administrative team.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to analyse information and produce meaningful reports.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Continuous improvement or process optimisation experience.
- Understanding of inventory management processes.
