Location: Nantwich

Salary: £26,066.64 per annum

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | 6am to 6:00pm

The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and growing business within the food production sector, is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, experience in a fast-paced production or warehousing environment, and an interest in SAP systems to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing timely updates on orders and production schedules.
  • Monitor and maintain SAP production systems and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock and material replenishment is completed on time.
  • Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure customer requirements are met in full and on time.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve production, stock, and delivery challenges.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a food production, manufacturing, or warehousing environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience using SAP Production systems is desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
