Role Description
The Warehouse Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrenpoint. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate stock and inventory records, including receiving, booking in, storing, and issuing materials and finished goods. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also involves coordinating with production and customer service teams, responding to queries, and resolving inventory discrepancies. The Warehouse Administrator will support compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards in the warehouse and help optimize workflow and storage efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong stock and inventory control skills, including Stock Control and Inventory Control, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Experience in Inventory Management, including monitoring stock levels, performing cycle counts, and maintaining records in warehouse or ERP systems.
- Effective Communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners, and providing clear updates on stock status and orders.
- Customer Service skills for handling order-related queries, supporting timely deliveries, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, ideally within medical devices or similar regulated sectors.
- Competence in using warehouse management software and standard office applications (e.g., Excel, email, data entry systems).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse setting and willingness to follow established procedures.
- Relevant vocational qualification or certification in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain is beneficial.
