Warehouse Administrator

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Selby (YO8 5BL). In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring all logistics activities are effectively coordinated on site, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 40.25 hours per week on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern. Shifts are available on either:

  • Days: 06:00 – 18:00
  • Nights: 18:00 – 06:00

Pay, benefits and more:

  • An hourly rate of £13.30, equating to an annual salary of £27,836.90 based on 40.25 hours per week

  • To be the customer care contact regarding all wholesale queries
  • Collate picking lists and investigate any issues
  • Confirm completed orders for wholesale
  • Deal with any cancelled orders and delivery charges
  • To ensure GXO operational and H&S procedures and policies are adhered to at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Be computer literate – particularly with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
  • Interpersonal skills that respond in a positive manner to the requests of the customer and your team, colleagues
  • The ability to bring attention to detail to the role that ensures that a high level of accuracy is achieved
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
