About the Role
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and looking for an opportunity to be at the heart of a busy warehouse operation?
We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Skelmersdale, providing vital support to ensure the smooth flow of goods, information and processes across the warehouse. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and playing a key role behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
A Typical Day May Involve
- Maintaining accurate records across Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring operational data is updated, validated and readily available
- Generating reports and performance information to support daily operations and provide valuable insight to the wider team
- Processing inbound orders, coordinating bookings and preparing warehouse documentation to support efficient picking and dispatch activities
- Investigating system queries and discrepancies, working closely with operational colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Providing administrative support across the warehouse function, ensuring processes are followed, records are maintained and deadlines are consistently achieved

This Role Would Suit People Who
- Have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain administration role and understand the importance of accuracy in a fast-moving operation
- Are confident using Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Office applications and other administrative tools to manage workloads effectively
- Can prioritise tasks and remain organised in an environment where deadlines and customer requirements are constantly changing
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy building positive working relationships with colleagues across different teams
- Take pride in producing high-quality work, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
