About the role
BYD is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team based in BYD UK, providing administrative and operational support to the warehouse management team during warehouse setup and ongoing operations, with a focus on documentation, coordination, reporting, and day-to-day office administration.
Working location: Unit 5, Kalabergos Close, Banbury, OX17 2FJ
Main Tasks and responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the warehouse management team.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain operational documents, reports, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Arrange meetings, site visits, schedules, and related administrative activities.
- Support office administration, purchasing administration, and routine service coordination.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
- Support warehouse setup activities and ongoing operational requirements.
- Assist with cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement activities.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Ideal candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in administration, operations support, or project coordination; warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good Microsoft Office skills; SAP, Power BI, or similar systems experience is advantageous.
- Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
