Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy warehouse operation, where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with warehouse colleagues and customers, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the operation through effective coordination and administration. This is a Monday to Friday role working daytime hours.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,623, per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Allocate customer orders and stock to warehouse pickers
- Produce and print picking paperwork and dispatch documentation accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with customers via telephone and email regarding orders, deliveries and operational queries
- Maintain warehouse records, databases and filing systems in line with company procedures
- Support stock control and inventory administration activities
- Work closely with operational colleagues to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and knowledge of stock control processes would be advantageous
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively as part of a wider team
