Role Overview
We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join us at our Erith site (DA18 4AF). This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us as we develop the site into a key hub for our Southeast operations. In this role, you’ll support the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse by carrying out a variety of administrative tasks to ensure that customer requirements are achieved in a timely manner.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £31,500 plus £1,872 night shift allowance. The working hours are 22:00 to 06:30 Monday evening until Saturday morning.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all customer reports accurately and on time, ensuring information is clear and reliable.
- Enter data into the system with precision, monitoring and updating records as required.
- Follow the customer’s escalation process promptly and in line with agreed timelines.
- Support with route planning and ensure routes are closed correctly.
- Ensure customer goods are received, picked, and despatched accurately through SCALE and in accordance with Yusen's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure consistent 5S compliance – Sort, Straighten, Sanitise, Standardise, Sustain.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with both Yusen and customer stakeholders.
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A collaborative, team focused approach.
- Ability to prioritise workload, effectively managing multiple tasks.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
