Temporary Administrator

Meir, Stoke-on-Trent | 1 Week Temporary Assignment

£12.83 per hour | Paid Weekly

37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday

Start Date: Monday 14th September 2026

We are currently recruiting for two Temporary Administrators to join a busy, regulated warehouse environment in Meir, Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.

Working Hours

  • Role 1: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Role 2: 11:00am – 7:00pm

What will you be doing?

  • Checking records and print label listings against an internal database
  • Allocating labels ready for printing
  • Ensuring information is accurate and consistent
  • Following strict processes and procedures within a regulated environment
  • Working carefully and accurately for extended periods

About The Role

  • Administration-based position within a warehouse setting
  • Standing desks are used
  • Full training will be provided

  • Strong IT skills and confidence using databases
