Warehouse Administrator
At GXO, we are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrators to join our team in Doncaster (DN6 7FB) on our ASDA contract. In this role, you will provide administrative support, including data entry and the preparation of management information reports. You will also be responsible for undertaking a range of stock administration tasks to support the efficient operation of the warehouse.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Providing information and data for the department’s monthly KPI and period review packs and collating management information intended to be shared with the customer
- Producing, issuing, controlling, and accounting for documentation issued to warehouse operatives
- Maintaining inventory paperwork for checking and verification with the WMS via Team leaders and management
- Providing administrative support to the Team Leaders & Shift Managers – compiling and distributing reports, providing information on KPIs etc
- Inputting data into spread sheets for report writing

What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse or stock management experience
- Be computer literate – particularly with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- The ability to bring attention to detail to the role that ensures that a high level of accuracy is achieved
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
