ABOUT US

We're a modern and growing Distribution Centre based at Oldham Broadway Business Park, supporting our branch network through efficient, accurate, and reliable warehousing and distribution services. Operating across approximately 4,500 pallet spaces, our team plays an important role in ensuring stock moves smoothly throughout the business, helping products reach the right place at the right time. Our success is built on our people. We believe in treating colleagues with respect, listening to new ideas, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. We encourage collaboration, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement, regardless of job title or length of service.

Whether you've worked in warehousing, logistics, distribution, fulfilment, retail stockrooms, or another fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to contribute to a business where good ideas are genuinely welcomed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy Distribution Centre in Oldham. You'll play an important role in supporting the movement of stock across our warehouse network, ensuring information, reporting, and communication flow efficiently between the warehouse, Head Office, and our 28 branches. Working at the centre of a fast-paced distribution operation, you'll help keep products moving to the right place at the right time while supporting colleagues across multiple teams. This is a varied role combining administration, coordination, and occasional hands-on operational support. You don't need previous warehouse administration experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who is computer literate, organised, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.

JOB DUTIES

  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports to support distribution centre performance and service delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the warehouse, Head Office, and branch network.
  • Maintain warehouse records, operational documentation, and system updates.
  • Follow instructions and established processes and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving distribution environment.
  • Support the day-to-day organisation and efficiency of the distribution centre, helping maintain safe, tidy, and well-organised warehouse areas.
  • Assist with operational warehouse activities when required, including picking, packing, and putting away Goods In deliveries.
  • Support stock movement activities to help ensure products are processed and available for branch requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of annual stock count activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
