About The Role
This Warehouse Administrator position with Pertemps Milton Keynes is based in Fancott, supporting a busy distribution operation. Working full time on a temporary contract, the successful candidate will earn £14.18 per hour. Hours run Monday to Thursday, 10:00am until 7:00pm, and Friday, 10:00am until 6:00pm. Duties include processing goods-in and dispatch paperwork, maintaining precise inventory records, updating internal systems, and producing regular reports. Join a Busy and Growing Distribution Operation
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment in Dunstable.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy operational setting and enjoys being at the heart of warehouse activity, ensuring stock movements, deliveries and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing warehouse, goods-in and dispatch paperwork
- Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records
- Updating internal systems and databases
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Liaising with drivers, warehouse operatives and management teams
- Booking deliveries and collections
- Investigating stock discrepancies and resolving queries
- Supporting compliance and health & safety administration
- Managing emails, filing and general administrative duties

What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
- Strong data entry and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
