Warehouse Administrator
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock records remain aligned, and customer requirements are met efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse administration, logistics, stock control, or customs administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for accuracy and customer service.
Please note: This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week. The successful candidate must be available to work a full day on Fridays, with the remaining hours worked across the week as agreed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily warehouse administration activities accurately and within required timescales.
- Process, allocate, and release customer orders in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally via email and telephone.
- Liaise with transport teams to coordinate the collection and delivery of goods.
- Work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Reconcile stock levels between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and data issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant documentation requirements.
- Produce and submit daily operational reports.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of warehouse and stock management systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a warehouse administration, logistics administration, stock control, or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to investigate issues, analyse data, and resolve problems effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Customs knowledge is desirable.
- Previous customs administration experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider warehouse operation.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
