Job Duties
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Dispatch Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse. This is a hands-on management role. We need someone who can lead the warehouse team, keep operations organised and efficient and is equally comfortable getting stuck in on the warehouse floor when required.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
- Lead, support and organise the warehouse team.
- Plan workloads and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Managing kit building and hose assembly processes, output and staff
- Monitor stock movements and support stock accuracy and stock control.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- General warehouse housekeeping
- Management of ad hoc warehouse requirements
- Ensure health and safety is a consideration at all times and that there is no contravention of the Health and Safety Policy
- Reporting to senior management
- Drive efficiency in the role

Qualifications/experience:
- At least two years of experience in a warehouse environment
- A responsible attitude
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Remain calm and patient.
- Have the ability to lead and motivate others.
- Accuracy at record keeping.
- IT skills
- Able to prioritise your own work and that of other people.
- Time management
- Valid forklift licence
- Clean driving licence

Job Specifics:
- Full-time role
- The role will be 100% on site at the Hamilton Gas warehouse in Bangor.
