About Glossify

Glossify is a fast-growing professional beauty brand supplying nail professionals, salons, distributors, and customers across the UK and internationally.

We are looking for two reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Fulfilment Assistants to join our small warehouse team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing things properly, and is happy to get stuck in wherever needed.

Our warehouse is a small-team environment, so we are looking for people who are dependable, organized, and willing to help with different tasks rather than someone who wants to do only one specific job.

The Role

Your main responsibility will be helping us accurately and efficiently fulfil customer and distributor orders.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately
  • Preparing orders for dispatch
  • Packing larger distributor and wholesale orders
  • Checking products and quantities against order information
  • Labelling and preparing parcels for collection
  • Assisting with incoming stock deliveries
  • Putting stock away correctly
  • Carrying out regular stock counts
  • Maintaining accurate and organized stock locations
  • Keeping packing stations and warehouse areas clean and organized
  • Replenishing packing and fulfilment supplies
  • Helping maintain a tidy, efficient, and safe warehouse
  • Assisting with general warehouse organization when required
  • Completing occasional light administrative tasks
  • Supporting the wider team during busy periods, launches, and large order volumes
  • Carrying out other reasonable warehouse and operational duties when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

There is no regular heavy lifting involved, although the role is active and involves being on your feet for much of the working day and occasionally moving or organizing stock and cartons.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Hardworking and dependable
  • Reliable
  • Positive and willing to get stuck in
  • Comfortable working as part of a small team
  • Able to work independently once trained
  • Organized

  • Able to work at a good pace without compromising accuracy
  • Happy carrying out a variety of tasks
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks when required
  • Able to follow processes and instructions carefully
  • Someone who takes pride in keeping their working environment organized

Previous warehouse, picking and packing, fulfilment, stock control, or retail stockroom experience would be useful, but it is not essential. We are more interested in finding people with the right attitude, reliability, and work ethic.
