Cinos Limited Warehouse Assistant

Cinos Limited is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organised, and wants to be part of a supportive and growing business.

The Warehouse Assistant supports the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Manager in the efficient day-to-day running of warehouse operations.

The primary focus of the role is warehouse operations, stock control, asset management and logistics coordination.

There will be occasions where the role involves working independently and sometimes alone, so the successful candidate must be comfortable prioritising tasks, using initiative and maintaining standards without direct supervision.

Flexibility with working hours is required to support holiday cover and peak operational periods where business demands require additional support.

  • Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Able to prioritise workload independently and manage tasks without close supervision
  • Uses initiative to identify and complete tasks
  • Self-motivated, reliable and willing to learn
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities
  • Maintains focus and productivity when working alone
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Basic IT skills (Excel, email, internal systems)
  • High housekeeping standards
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance required
  • Full UK driving licence required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
