Role Description

We have a London warehouse which manages all our posters for our London billboards, plus the distribution of posters to all our regional hubs. The role is fast paced, no two days are the same.

We are recruiting for a reliable and resourceful Warehouse Assistant to support the team in our London warehouse in NW10. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, has a ‘can do’ attitude and gets things done efficiently and effectively.

Working in a small team, you will be an experienced warehouse assistant, who has knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures. We’re looking for someone who not only takes pride in their work and the crucial part they play within the business, but also in our company values.

The job is fast paced, so we are looking for someone who starts every day with energy and passion. You will have excellent timekeeping skills, won’t be afraid of rolling your sleeves up and working hard, and will have a great eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain warehouse to current health and safety standards; keep work areas, shelves, and equipment safe and tidy.
  • Complete end-of-day tasks (bins emptied, workstations cleaned, floors swept).
  • Safely load/unload lorries and trucks.
  • Receive, check, and put away posters; book into internal database and notify relevant teams.
  • Prepare posters for shipping: collate using artwork instructions, print courier labels, and pack accurately.
  • Wet roll, bag, and rack posters neatly.
  • Make and maintain paste; ensure sink, wet rolling machines, and equipment are cleaned regularly.
  • Manage posters: receive, stock-check, and set out daily for Night team.
  • Provide materials and support to Billposting and Night teams (e.g. posters, PPE, brushes).
  • Carry out weekly stock checks and report issues to Warehouse Manager.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties and occasional van deliveries to Head Office or clients.
