Role Overview

As we prepare for the closure of Antrim, our Warehouse Assistants play a key role in helping the store wind down safely and efficiently: dismantling fixtures and fittings, packing & moving stock, keeping the site safe and organised throughout the process.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the dismantling of fixtures, fittings, shelving and store equipment
  • Packing, labelling and moving stock ready for transport, storage, or disposal
  • Supporting the warehouse team with stock consolidation, and loading/unloading vehicles
  • Handling stock and equipment carefully to avoid damage during the move
  • Keeping the working area safe, tidy and organised as the store empties out
  • Following all health & safety guidance, including safe manual handling and (where trained) safe use of pallet trucks or forklifts
  • Working closely with the team to hit closure deadlines
  • Supporting other closing-down duties as needed, which may include shopfloor clearance and stockroom breakdown
  • On occasion, may be asked to support our customers by helping them carry items to their cars

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
