What is the job?

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join Montu UK at our Winnersh site. In this role, you will support and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations within a fast-paced and highly regulated medical cannabis environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics, accurate inventory management, and full compliance with industry regulations, while contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

What will you be doing?

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain efficient warehouse workflows
  • Coordinate order fulfilment to meet delivery timelines and requirements
  • Ensure all products are handled and stored in line with regulatory standards and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and remote teams to optimise operations
  • Support timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Maintain warehouse safety and security protocols to protect staff and products
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
  • Use warehouse management systems to track stock, shipments, and returns
  • Report inventory status and operational updates to relevant stakeholders

What do you need?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred)
  • Qualification in logistics or supply chain management (desirable)
  • Experience using warehouse management systems and inventory control tools
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
  • Physical capability to carry out warehouse duties (e.g. lifting, operating equipment)
