Beautylish, Inc. is a fast-growing, founder-led consumer brand company in the beauty/personal goods space, selling across DTC, Amazon, and major retailers. Based in the US, we also have warehouses in California, New Jersey, and Hong Kong. We’re excited to grow our team at our newest warehouse in the UK this fall.
About the Role
Warehouse Associates are responsible for all of the processes that keep our warehouse organized and ensure our customers quickly receive a perfectly fulfilled and beautifully packaged order. We pride ourselves on a reputation of fast and personalized service with every single order. This role will report to the UK Operations Manager: as our first associate-level hire at this location, you'll have the opportunity to learn from the ground up and grow with our facility.
Our ideal candidate is a hands-on learner who can improve new processes and is looking for a long-term role with potential for growth.

- Accurately hand-picking items from inventory
- Carefully inspecting and packaging orders for shipment
- Folding, preparing and assembling shipping materials
- Meeting hourly and daily goals/KPIs for accuracy and efficiency
- Prep and palletize outbound shipments
- Receive, inspect, and count incoming inventory
- Moving pallets using a stand-up forklift and/or pallet jack
- Regularly restock products to pick bins as needed
- Participate in maintenance and organization of inventory
- Contributing to keeping the fulfillment center organized, clean, and safe

Requirements
- Full-time hours, with standard shifts are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri but some overtime and occasional weekend shifts may be available/required.
- Previous experience in an ecommerce warehouse environment
- Forklift truck experience is also preferred but training will be provided to the right candidate
- Working knowledge of Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
- Must be able to navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 23 kg
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have Right to Work in the UK

Compensation and Benefits
Warehouse Associate pay rate starts at £14 per hour. Initial benefits include free/on-site parking, 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), pension auto-enrollment, sick pay, and a generous employee discount.
