As we expand into the US with a warehouse in London, OH, we’re building energetic warehouse teams to help power our growth.
About the Role
Warehouse Associates are the driving force on the warehouse floor - responsible for picking, packing, loading, receiving, and general material handling. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to people who enjoy active work, teamwork, and getting stuck in to get orders out the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to pick and process orders accurately and efficiently, meeting productivity targets throughout your shift.
- Pack and prepare orders according to internal procedures and carrier requirements, ensuring items are protected and dispatched correctly.
- Rotate across warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, loading, or returns as needed.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, following all Health & Safety procedures, PPE requirements, and equipment usage rules.
- Assist with inventory tasks such as cycle counting or restocking.
- Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth handovers and support problem-solving during busy periods.

Skills & Experience
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or physical labor experience preferred - but motivated, fast-learners are welcome
- A high standard of work, with strong attention to detail and commitment to hitting accuracy and speed targets
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting/moving heavy items, walking long distances, and performing repeated bending/reaching throughout shift
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong track record of attendance and timekeeping
- Comfortable using basic warehouse technology (e.g. handheld scanners, computers) - full training provided
- A team-first attitude, with the ability to work independently when required
- Willingness to learn and grow - development opportunities such as equipment training (e.g. Counterbalance Forklift/Reach Truck) may be offered

Details
Hours: 8:00AM – 8:00PM (Panama Shift Pattern – 2-2-3). Week One: Work two days, have two days off and then work three days. Week Two: Pattern reverses and you work the days that you had off the previous week - Off two days, work two days, off three days. For the next week, you’ll then go back to working the Week One days and the pattern repeats. This is designed to give you regular, predictable rest days and every other weekend off work
