Role Description
The Warehouse Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Letchworth. This role involves receiving and unloading deliveries, checking incoming goods against documentation, and organizing products in designated storage areas. The Warehouse Associate will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging standards. Daily tasks include:

- Operating material handling equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Supporting inventory counts and stock rotation
- Working collaboratively with team members

Qualifications
- Skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying orders, processing documentation, and coordinating dispatch.
- Skills in Packing, including accurate order picking, secure packaging, and labeling for shipment.
- Skills in Unloading, including safe handling of incoming goods and organizing stock in the warehouse.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
