Element Logic is looking for an experienced Warehouse Automation Solutions Consultant to play a key role in shaping software and process solutions for our customers. Working as part of our Sales organization, you will bridge the gap between customer needs, warehouse processes, software and automation. From early-stage discussions through to contract, you will help define solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable and built for long-term value.

What will you do?
You will take ownership of the software and IT perspective in sales projects, working closely with customers, Solution Architects, Product teams and Sales.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead customer workshops covering software, processes and integrations.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
- Define processes, interfaces and integrations between Element Logic software, WMS/host systems and other applications.
- Develop requirements, functional descriptions and process documentation.
- Identify and document deviations from standard solutions, including scope, cost and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure software and automation designs work seamlessly together.
- Support customer proposals, presentations and relevant contractual documentation.
- Identify customer needs and insights that can contribute to the continued development of our software portfolio.
The position requires regular travel, estimated at approximately 30%, depending on customer and project needs.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a senior software/IT or solution professional with a strong combination of technical expertise, process understanding and customer-facing experience.
You ideally bring:
- Strong knowledge of WMS, WES and/or WCS and warehouse processes.
- 3+ years of experience with software architecture, integrations, APIs and event-driven solutions.
- Experience from intralogistics, warehouse automation or supply chain technology.
- Technical knowledge of C#,.NET, SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, messaging technologies and middleware.
- Experience with requirements engineering, functional specifications, and Agile software delivery.
- Knowledge of testing and integration across complex software environments.
- Understanding of warehouse automation technologies such as AutoStore, ASRS, shuttle systems, AMRs/AGVs, conveyors or Goods-to-Person solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
