Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market development and sales of warehouse automation system integration solutions in Europe and the Americas, including the promotion of product portfolios such as automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), WMS/WCS systems, and AGV robot scheduling systems.
  • Identify warehouse automation needs among industry customers, develop customized solutions based on customers’ business scenarios, and manage processes including customer engagement, requirements analysis, and solution presentation.
  • Maintain relationships with technical stakeholders, further explore customers’ potential needs, collaborate with local industry partners, and establish long-term, stable partnerships with customers.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities, collect market intelligence, and provide support for product iteration and sales strategy refinement.
  • Achieve the company’s sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of sales experience in warehouse automation system integration solutions. Work experience in Europe and the Americas is preferred.

Professional Expertise

  • Familiar with core smart warehousing technologies, such as WMS/WCS systems, AGVs, automated sorting systems, and automated storage/racking systems, as well as industry-specific solutions.
  • Capable of independently conducting customer requirements analysis, developing solution proposals, and preparing project quotations.
