๐Ÿ“ข Weโ€™re recruiting: Warehouse Caretaker (Band 6)

๐Ÿ“ Oxford Pharmacy Store, Banbury, Oxfordshire
๐Ÿ•’ 37.5 hours per week
๐Ÿ’ผ Band 6

Not every NHS role is patient-facing. But every role can make a difference to patient care.

At Oxford Pharmacy Store (OPS), our warehouse team helps keep specialist medicines moving to healthcare teams across the UK. For that to happen, our site needs to remain safe, secure, compliant and well maintained.

That is where our Warehouse Caretaker comes in.

We're looking for a Warehouse Caretaker to join the team to support the safe and efficient operation of our specialist medicines warehouse. This is a hands-on facilities and site operations role for someone who is practical, organised and proactive. Someone who notices what needs doing, takes ownership and makes sure it gets followed through.

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
