Your role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Cell Leader to oversee the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, picking of Materials. You will play a key role in driving operational performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting AutoStore operations, and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve operational and service targets.
  • Ensure high standards of health, safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including goods-in, replenishment and picking.
  • Support inventory control activities and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Coordinate and monitor third-party logistics providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and on-time delivery performance.

To succeed, you will need

  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers is advantageous.
  • AutoStore or automated warehouse experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about safety, continuous improvement, and delivering results.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Bristol, United Kingdom (GB). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
