Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Chamber Lead, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently using voice technology and warehouse management systems. Working in a multi-temperature environment, you will collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors and team members to maintain high standards of safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational performance while providing guidance and support to colleagues across the shift.

What You'll Do:
- Support the efficient picking, packing, storage, and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to ensure daily operational activities run smoothly and effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on day-to-day operational queries, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and audit-ready working environment through strong housekeeping and compliance practices.
- Contribute to stock accuracy through effective stock rotation, quality inspections, and careful handling of products.
- Participate in health and safety initiatives, team briefings, and continuous improvement activities that support operational excellence.
- Work flexibly across warehouse activities and multi-temperature environments to support changing business needs.

Who You Are:
- You have experience working within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or distribution environment, ideally within a multi-temperature setting.
- You are committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and compliance.
- You work well with others, building positive working relationships based on respect, trust, and open communication.
- You are adaptable and comfortable responding to changing priorities and operational requirements.
- You are confident using workplace technology and have a good level of computer literacy.
- You remain calm and organised in busy environments, managing tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) would be beneficial, although we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
