In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving, inspection of incoming goods, and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Primary Job Duties
- Determine orders to be pulled for shipment each day.
- Weigh, package and stamp material for shipping, ensuring packaging is done per company specific standards.
- Prepare all necessary forms like bills of lading for all outgoing shipments.
- Examine, count, weigh/measure incoming items for verification against bills of lading, invoices orders, or other records, and enter receipt of shipments into ERP system.
- Work with relevant departments to resolve any issues with items.
- Review shop orders on a daily basis and pull raw materials for delivery to manufacturing departments.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies to move stock.
- Maintain all records of withdrawals from stockroom.
- Complete regularly scheduled inventory cycle counts of stock to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Order and maintain standard packaging items within established procedures and limits.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- 3 years of experience preparing and arranging local and international freight shipments
- Experience using ERP systems and 3rd party shipping portals
- Demonstrated experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
