Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Waltham Cross
Salary: £29,351
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7
Shift Times: 7:30am – 4:30pm, including Sunday working (a flexible approach is required)

What the Role Is

Reporting to the Team Manager, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day warehouse picking operation, making sure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on time. You’ll use the Lawson M3 ERP system to manage picking activity, stock information and operational administration, while working closely with warehouse teams and other departments across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare, issue, monitor and communicate the status of warehouse picks.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable pick documentation and labels.
  • Monitor critical timings across the pick and load schedule.
  • Make system-based corrections to picking activities where required.
  • Release customer order pick lists in line with agreed routes and the logistics deployment plan.
  • Carry out stock investigations and provide feedback to Buyers.
  • Support stock control, including stock adjustments and stock counting.
  • Complete shift reporting.
  • Support goods-in stock rotation.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse teams and other internal departments.
  • Assist with general administration across the operation when required.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems, ERP systems or stock control processes would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
