As part of the Air Logistics team at QuickSTAT Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether you’re leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers’ products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision. You will ensure all QuickSTAT & Sterling Aviation consignments are processed upon receipt & dispatch from the Quick BFS Facility in conjunction with the company’s documented procedure(s).
How you create impact
- Charging & programming of QuickSTAT’s Liquid Nitrogen shippers.
- Charging, programming & activation of QuickSTAT’s GPS tracker inventory.
- Responsibility for the conditioning, activation, and stock control of QuickSTAT’s temperature monitoring device inventory.
- Cleaning, quality checks, conditioning, assembly & internal computer system updates relating to QuickSTAT’s PCM inventory.
- Preparation & replenishment of QuickSTAT’s dry ice consignments in conjunction with client requirements.
- Completion of daily facility sweep of Quick BFS facility to ensure all consignments are stored correctly & dispatch scheduled accordingly.
- Operation of material handling equipment (MHE) for the purpose of loading & unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles.
- Work in collaboration with Global Inventory Group to determine available stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partner facilities.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of the Department Manager or other Senior Management including assisting other departments during staff shortages.

What we would like you to bring
- Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature-controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.
- Handling time critical & temperature sensitive consignments.
- Temperature Controlled Packaging / Shipping.
- Experience of working to strict deadlines.
- Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work successfully under pressure.
- Identify cost saving opportunities.
- Good computer skills, Word / Excel / PowerPoint essential.
