About the Role

Being a Warehouse Colleague at Sainsbury's is not just about experience, it's about personality too. As a Warehouse Trainer, you will remain an active and integral part of the team, helping to shape the next generation of warehouse colleagues. You'll deliver on-site training across all warehouse functions, from Loading and FLT operations to accurate product picking, ensuring colleagues are trained in line with site policies and RTITB standards.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Be passionate about supporting and developing others.
  • Have excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Hold a valid RTITB certification (essential requirement). Applications will only be considered from candidates who already possess this qualification.
  • Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
