Here at GXO Banbury, we are recruiting for Warehouse Coordinators to join our team, supporting our customer, The Entertainer.

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Shifts: Any 5 days out of 7, covering the hours of 07:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 23:00, or 23:00 to 07:00

As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you can expect:

  • An hourly rate of £13.75
  • An additional 6% shift premium if working on the fixed PM shift (subject to shifts worked)
  • An additional 15% shift premium if working on the fixed Nights shift (subject to shifts worked)

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

  • Lead by Example: Support your team to work safely, efficiently, and in line with company processes and standards.
  • Step Up: Cover First Line Manager (FLM) duties when required, helping to manage daily operations, colleague performance, and shift priorities.
  • Monitor Performance: Identify issues and work with managers to implement solutions and continuous improvements.
  • Support Development: Create an inclusive environment through coaching, training, and guidance to help everyone succeed and deliver results.

What You Need to Succeed at GXO

  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive Attitude: Flexible and genuinely interested in learning, developing new skills, and progressing your career.
  • Good IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and the confidence to work with operational systems and reports.
  • Team-Focused Approach: Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting colleagues while maintaining high safety and performance standards.
