Fine Group is an expert in engineered textile products providing solutions that carry, cover, and protect people and products. We are engaged in the design and manufacture of products for some of the world’s leading companies in their market space, operating across multiple sectors from military to healthcare. We develop strategic partnerships with customers and are often the supplier of choice as we work with our customers to develop new products and solutions to solve their problems. The business has recently gone through a change of ownership and is looking to develop and grow from its strong 75-year heritage. With plenty of market opportunities, the business is set for an exciting 5 years ahead, with a combination of organic and inorganic growth expected.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Derby team, providing Warehouse and administrative support across our Derby and Fine Group Operations. The Warehouse Assistant supports the logistics department with all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and stock control. In addition, the Warehouse Assistant is expected to support the logistics lead by assisting with tasks during periods of high demand or as required. The role also covers day-to-day responsibility for the fulfillment of our online B2C order processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
