Join a purpose-driven IT team where precision, process and practical skills keep our business operations running smoothly. We’re seeking an Warehouse Coordinator - IT in person in Leeds who thrives in a hands-on technical role supporting device lifecycle, stock control and service delivery.

Purpose And Scope Of The Role

You will own day-to-day IT warehouse and asset activities that keep devices moving from procurement through deployment to secure disposal. This role manages device builds, imaging and configuration, maintains accurate asset and stock records, coordinates refurbishment and reallocations, and ensures depot processes are applied consistently across the IT estate. You will be the operational hub between procurement, support teams and end users.

Your Impact In This Position

You will accelerate engineers and office-based staff back to productivity by delivering timely, standardised device builds and reliable stock management. Your work reduces incidents, shortens device turnaround, preserves data security and supports compliance with disposal policies. Clear documentation, effective prioritisation and a customer-focused approach will directly improve service levels across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
