We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Portbury. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring our operation runs smoothly, helping deliver the products our customers rely on every day.

Role Details
- Salary: Up to £31,600 per annum + £3,500 Night Shift Premium
- Hours: 40.25 hours per week
- Working Pattern: Nights - 4 on 4 off
- Hours: 18:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Location: Gist Ltd, First Avenue, Royal Portbury Docks, Bristol, BS20 7XR
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for keeping our operation running efficiently and ensuring stock is managed accurately throughout the warehouse.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Liaise with all departments to manage flow of stock through the warehouse
- Complete regular stock counts in line with outload plans and liaise with Transport to make amendments where necessary
- Oversee loading activities in the Warehouse, including allocating jobs to colleagues
- Providing updates and escalation to the management team when required.
- Raise compliance issues with suppliers
- Provide a thorough handover to end of shift
- General administration duties including filing as and when required
- Deal with all email queries in a timely manner
- Adhere and lead on all aspects of Health and Safety
- Any other duties advised by your manager
- Provide shared weekly cover within the operation, including working in the warehouse and assisting with loading traile

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
- Can confidently prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understands the importance of health and safety compliance
- Builds positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Previous warehouse administration, coordination or supervisory experience would be advantageous
