We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse & Counter Sales Apprentice to join our team at Didcot. This is a great opportunity to learn the motor factor industry, gain hands-on experience and develop your skills across both our warehouse and trade counter.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team while completing your apprenticeship, learning everything from managing stock and receiving deliveries to serving customers and identifying the right parts - helping give our customers The Power to Supply.

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Receive, check and correctly put away deliveries.
  • Pick and organise customer orders ready for collection or delivery.
  • Keep the warehouse organised and support with stock takes.
  • Learn about automotive parts, products and suppliers.
  • Serve and assist customers on the trade counter.
  • Help identify and supply the correct parts for customers.
  • Process customer orders and enquiries.
  • Support the wider branch team with day-to-day operations.
  • Occasionally assist with deliveries once eligible and appropriately licensed.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • An interest in cars, automotive parts or the motor trade would be a bonus - but isn’t essential!
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to get involved in both warehouse and counter sales duties.
