About MyHomeWare Ltd

MyHomeWare Ltd is an established online retailer based on Torrington Avenue, Coventry. We specialise in towel radiators, heating products and bathroom accessories, selling through Amazon, eBay, Shopify, others Marketplace and other online marketplaces.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised and computer-confident person to join our team. This varied role combines product listing management, order fulfilment, courier bookings, stock control and customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create, edit and maintain product listings across Amazon, eBay, Shopify and others Marketplace
  • Write clear product titles, descriptions and specifications
  • Upload product images and manage variations, SKUs, prices and stock availability
  • Resolve listing errors and keep product information accurate across all platforms
  • Pick, check and pack customer orders accurately
  • Book parcels with DHL, Royal Mail, Evri and other couriers
  • Print shipping labels and organise daily courier collections
  • Check products and order details before dispatch
  • Update order, tracking and dispatch information
  • Monitor customer messages and respond professionally
  • Deal with delivery issues, returns and customer enquiries
  • Check SKUs and stock quantities
  • Process orders through our online sales platforms
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
  • Safely handle boxed radiators and other warehouse products
  • Assist with other warehouse and e-commerce duties when required

Skills and Requirements

  • Practical experience creating and managing listings on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify and B&Q Marketplace
  • Able to manage product variations, images, descriptions, pricing and stock updates
  • Confident using computers and online systems
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Organised, accurate and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with customers
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to carry out warehouse and manual-handling duties safely
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfilment, customer service and courier-booking systems is preferred. Experience with Selro or Mintsoft would be an advantage.

Training will be provided on our internal processes, but applicants must already have practical product listing experience across the platforms listed above.

Job Details

  • Job type: Full-time, permanent
  • Pay: £13.00 to £15.50 per hour, depending on experience
  • Expected hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: MyHomeWare Ltd, Unit 17A, 219 Torrington Avenue, Coventry, CV4 9HN
  • Work location: In person
  • Benefits: Free on-site parking and casual dress
