Pay Rate: £31,681.20

Grade: RCS N

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation

Location: Manton Wood - Worksop

We're looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager who can inspire a team, drive performance, and ensure day-to-day warehouse operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to deliver exceptional performance
  • Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and within agreed timelines
  • Monitor and drive key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, service, and attendance
  • Plan and allocate labour and resources effectively to meet changing workload demands
  • Champion a culture of Health & Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the operation

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Have previous experience in a First Line Manager or Team Leader role within a warehouse environment.
  • Are confident communicators with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Can effectively manage performance and handle employee relations matters fairly and professionally.
  • Have a solid understanding of warehouse operations, processes, and best practices.
  • Are organised, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
